The La Carreta Borinquen Restaurant is our formal restaurant area and it is mainly used at dinner time and during formal events. An elegant hacienda-style setting with chandelier lighting will provide a relaxed environment to enjoy a glass of wine during your romantic honeymoon evenings or together with your family and friends. Our informal daytime restaurant and bar El Yugo offers a beautiful and natural view of the surroundings. The open architecture of this ranch restaurant allows you to enjoy the flowing winds and relax and cool down after your adventure tours, day at the spa or right upon arrival. The pool-side bar at Borinquen is divided in two sections, the wet bar by the pool and the Snack Bar area by the Hot Springs.
